Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Brilliant service from start to finish. Luke contacted me within minutes of me posting the job on Sunday evening. On Monday morning he had popped round to check on the work required and provided a fair quote promptly. He is polite and friendly and his communication is excellent- the work was booked in quickly. Martin was very quick to respond (posted the job at 9PM and he was at our house bang on the agreed time the next morning!). Price was perhaps a little higher than competitors (10-15% or so) but it was complete next day and we agreed price upfront so I can’t complain. Also explained what the original problem was and what he had done to fix it which was very much appreciated. Would recommend to others!
