Des arrived on time on a Saturday morning, completed an excellent job in the timescale and also retuned the TV. having inserted two new batteries in the remote (no extra charge just a cup of coffee!). He was pleasant, efficient and tidy.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance
