Turned up at proposed time, and was professional throughout. Didn't complain when a mistake I made caused him to stay late doing more work. I paid him extra.

Des was superb! Came on the same day to survey the job - I wanted my TV mounted above the fireplace. He then went above and beyond to get the specific bracket and tools for the job! Very quick service and extremely knowledgable - would 100% recommend, especially for his great sense of humour!

I was impressed by Des. He came on time, and spent a long time working his way through the possibilities until he finally came up with the solution. He was courteous and vacuumed up after himself. I would use him again without a second thought!
