I was lucky to find Carl after a plumber I called to repair a leaking pipe under my bath did a horrible job that caused water to pour through my bathroom onto the room downstairs, damaging the ceiling and the carpet of the room downstairs. Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!
