Josh came to install a shower and tile our en-suite. Our main issues were the extractor fan, wash basin waste pipe wasn’t fitted correctly which meant water was leaking from the pipe that we now know after a plumbers visit was a “botched job”, the radiator valve is also leaking. We’ve not been able to use the shower as the head hasn’t been attached correctly. We’ve now had to wait for a proper plumber to rectify this. I’ve tried to contact josh to discuss however there has been no response.Not recommended!

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Stay well clear did my bathroom floor didn’t level it left lips on the tiles also the bathroom the cutting around the units horrendous gaps filled in with grout payed him on the context he was coming back to finish it and didn’t turn up saying he’d done his hamstring and was off for 4 weeks but got someone to ask for a quote and said he could do the straight away gonna cost me hundreds to put the job right and finish it off

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
