I was contacted via email to inform me who would be ringing and when, to arrange a time to look at what my needs were. Appointment was kept and on time Russel introduced himself and listened to me. Mr Walker contacted us promptly and his quotation was emailed by the following day. There were a couple of unavoidable delays, but he kept us well-informed of progress. Fitting the new doors was done with meticulous care and adjustment to fit the existing architraves etc. Impressive attention to detail, and the finished job is extremely good. Would certainly use him again when we need similar joinery/carpentry work.

He was extremely reliable and kept me informed at all times on the progress as this was being carried out for someone with dementia. This enabled me to discuss the arrangements and the timing of the visit so that it ran smoothly. Peter has many years experience in the building trade. This knowledge helped at each stage of my project. The quote was a fixed price. During the work several issues cropped up that neither of us could have predicted but Peter was extremely flexible and honest at resolving these at no extra cost. Peter is very enthusiastic and passionate about his work. His basic principle is that he works as hard for you as he would do if it was his own house. I would have no hesitation in hiring Peter in the future
