For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Completely messed up the boiler/immersion wiring, literally wired both boiler and immersion switches together in a loop. Refused to return to fix the mistake. Avoid.
