Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms.
