I am a Welfare Caseworker for EEIBA and needed a reliable and trustworthy Electrician for a client. I used Rated People and was very impressed with Ian's prompt response, friendly manner and willingness to provide the credentials I required. Notwithstanding his very competetive quote. The work was carried out within a few days of accepting the quote and my client was very impressed with the service he provided. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

Very professional and flexible to our time frame. We felt confident from the beginning that Tomlinson Services would meet our requirements. There was a slight problem during the installation but Tomlinson Services made an extra site visit on a weekend to resolve it at no extra charge. Brendon the electrician was friendly, easy to work with and saved us money by using his contacts to source a light fitting and fan. We would definatley recommend and use Tomlinson Services again!
