Was very professional. Even though the request was not possible he did take a look and explain what could/could not be done.

So they came and quoted for the job. I asked them to book the job in and I had no response. After several prompts, I finally get an email response after 4 weeks to say "we have recently got rid of one of the guys in the office and he was dealing we this"!! So, after giving them all the contact info again, still no response/contact from them after a further 3 weeks so I went with Gadgetaid (very good). I've still heard nothing from Husky - another 3 weeks after I gave up on them.
