Andy is a really nice guy, great communication, he popped round for a look and did the job on the spot as it was quick & easy. A little pricey given how quick it was! But very convenient to have it sorted so rapidly and I’d definitely hire Andy again.

Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Right from the initial consultation visit I was impressed with the professional approach and sound knowledge brought to the task. This was further evidenced throughout the time the work was being carried out. The 3 electricians involved, Dean, Callam, and Joe, worked closely together, pooling their expertise to the customers best advantage. Upon completion the team checked their work, cleaned up and departed leaving two satisfied customers. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Luke contacted me within minutes of me posting the job on Sunday evening. On Monday morning he had popped round to check on the work required and provided a fair quote promptly. He is polite and friendly and his communication is excellent- the work was booked in quickly. The job itself has been done to a high standard, with everything left clean and tidy. I wouldn't't hesitate to book him again and would 100% recommend.

Hi I’m Ricky of third generation electrical, lets start with the name.... so as I’m sure you’ve guessed I’m a third generation electrician following on from my grandfather and father. We have over 100years experience in the electrical trade under our belts combined and I grew up helping out both my grandfather and father to earn my pocket money. Now at the age of 35 and nearly 20 years experience myself I’ve decided to set up third generation electrical and put all the knowledge we have gained to good use in and around Bristol, the company is new and it’s just me working atm but who knows where we could be in 2019?? One thing I can promise is I will always be somewhere when I say I will and I’m very punctual also cleanliness is a must so will always have a dust sheet and tidy up behind myself. So pleased with the jobs Jake did for us. He fitted a new light switch and secured the light to the ceiling. Then he went on to repair two lamps, one was very old and quite complicated, but he did it very well. Jake is very pleasant and is easy to talk with about what you'd like done. Also very reasonable pricing too.
