Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Very happy they came within the day to sort the electric issue out! Honestly the only reason I didn’t put the full 5 star is that I didn’t get a full explanation of the issue as the guys were working through, usually I like being explained as the issue is being investigated - maybe that is just my personal preference!
