Arrived exactly as promised and was extremely friendly and did a very efficient job on boiler service including replacing a graphite seal which I was unaware of the necessity of this being replaced on a regular 5 year basis. He also repaired a leak on the downstairs toilet radiator which was not charged for. More than happy to recommend James to anyone requiring a heating engineer.

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted.
