The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Absolutely over the moon to find Josh. Contacted him yesterday and he kindly came today to fix our toilet. He explained everything that he was doing and we were very impressed by the finish. So much so we wanted him to have a look at the shower sometime in the future. He very kindly offered to do it the same day and as with the toilet finished the work to a brilliant standard. Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.
