Very expensive, sent two people out who both failed to diagnose the problem and, in one case made the problem worse and then the ultimate repair cost more expensive. They come across as very helpful - but there doesn’t seem to much vetting of the tradespeople they use. Not recommended.

The job was not straightforward, it was IKEA building but required cutting of doors because it was a tight fit and he did brilliantly. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
