He was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating when something was wrong and the job could not happen, but he gave us an answer on what we had to get to fix the problem. Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.
