Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric

That is why I offer a safety checks in your home. If you book a boiler safety check I will also conduct a visual assessment of any other gas appliances. I also take on other jobs, I am happy to undertake plumbing work and will soon be offering electrical work including PAT testing. I am happy to take on handyman jobs such as building your flat pack furninture, fitting your intergrated appliances or hanging your tv wall mounts and installing your tv. David and Sean were fantastic from start to finish when they installed a new combi boiler and removed an old hot water tank whilst replacing an old conventional boiler system. They also fitted an outside tap for me and replaced a leaky radiator. All work done to a very high standard and their communication before, during and after the job has been top class. I would happily recommend McQueen heating to friends, family and anybody else needing work done.

Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small

Brian and his work mate arrived early on the day of the job and they both just got straight to work. There was no fuss,they cleaned up as they worked and my fence was put up in no time. I was very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend them
