You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.
