They did the job fine but my problem was £150 including vat that is too much for what I had done I feel ripped off and will never use them again or recommend them. It's not like they had to provide the part either I did. As a disabled person I feel taken advantage of I almost embarrassed

He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.
