It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

I have been in the domestic heating industry for 22 years I was trained by my father from school on servicing, maintaining, refurbishing AGA cookers. After 3 years I then went on to become OFTEC qualified in Oil fired boilers and maintenance. Then built up a customer database throughout east anglia. In 2008 I did a City and Guilds level 2 plumbing qualification to extend my services to my customers even more. Being able to offer them an Installation of central heating boilers and heating system maintenance. 2 years ago I became a Grant UK boiler accredited engineer giving me the opportunity to be able to offer my customers extended product warranties of up to 10 years.
