I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. DP Plumbing very quick to contact me, came out and looked at the job involved, rang me later that day, I accepted the quote and he started the next day, arrived at the time he said he would, all in all he did a fantastic job, took two days to complete and cleaned up after he had finished, would definitley use Darran again if I need any plumbing work doing

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job. An immediate and competative quote, we were advised of a work schedule and who to expect on site. They were prompt and worked hard to complete the job to a high standard within the time frame. Their transport was signwritten and smart, their jumpers had their logo, this is a good indication of pride in their work. When subcontractors were left on site the boss returned and checked on their progress and ensured they were well supplied with materials. Highly recommended thank you a good job well done.
