We are General Contractors and can undertake renovations/refurbishments as well as newbuild homes or extensions. We have qualified electricians, plumbers and highly carpenters. No job is too big or complicated. The principles of the business have combined experience of over 15 years and we pride ourselves on leaving our customers very happy.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
We have been working at this trade for over 15 years. My company and works people hold a number of different NVQ qualifications such as electrical, engineering, railway engineer, civil engineering. We take customer service very seriously and we ensure to reply as soon as possible when someone contacts us. We also ensure we give a fair deal for a great service in return.

Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

The paving slab steps leading to our front door needed urgently replacing. Then we identified that the supporting brickwork wasn't in great condition. Dajland made the supporting structure secure and removed and replaced all our slabs, including doing a tricky cutout. Communication was great and the cost was very reasonable. The biggest thing I can praise is Dajland's attention to detail. He works carefully, methodically but also very quickly. A genuine professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
