Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Paul did a fantastic job, after another electrician had completely wrecked the conservatory floor, Paul levelled it, laid an underfloor heating system and screeded it all in 3 days. In future, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Five stars? Should be 6.

I had to replace a conventional boiler with a combi and assumed it would be a big job, how wrong was I. Two days after quoting for the job everything was completed in one day. Patrick did an amazing job and went out of his way to explain everything clearly. On completion the place was left spotless and I couldn’t be happier with my shiny new boiler! If you need a gas safe engineer look no further.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench
