That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
