Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Call out and a rate of £ 90 an hour ,to fit a cat flap for a 62 year old disabled man's door,who before getting kidney failure would have knocked this out in no time, and thanks but no thanks a minimum amount of £ 140,you should be ashamed of such daylight robbery, this could easily be done within an hour so £ 140, if only i could rate you at zero, and you would be lucky to get that
