Kaz gave a competitive quote for installing two mini kitchens and carried out the works to an excellent standard.He always arrived on the time we agreed,his workmanship was brilliant. I could cry. Don't pick him, I coukd have done this better myself. This man caused a weeks worth of mess for us to put right. He got paint on windows, tiles in kitchen and all surfaces in kitchen. Terrible decorater... We wasted a week and our money. He does like a tea break though, so if you do have him. Keep a close eye on him.

Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Sam, Michael and the team did an excellent job on my replacement boiler. They communicated very well and were very polite and helpful. The boiler replacement and new radiators was performed flawlessly and they managed to deal with a few small repair jobs that were needed at the same time. I tried giving a 0 rating but it wouldn't let me , i was quoted a £50. Call out and a rate of £ 90 an hour ,to fit a cat flap for a 62 year old disabled man's door,who before getting kidney failure would have knocked this out in no time, and thanks but no thanks a minimum amount of £ 140,you should be ashamed of such daylight robbery, this could easily be done within an hour so £ 140, if only i could rate you at zero, and you would be lucky to get that
