Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. I recently had a new electric oven and hob installed, which also required sorting out the junction box and safely removing the old gas oven, hob, and gas piping. Having used this company in the past I hoped our interactions during a request for a quote would be equally cordial.
