Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Lukas arrived on time, he text to confirm he was on his way. He came prepared for the repair bringing the spare parts needed. He was clean, tidy and solved the problem quickly. He both posted out the invoice I requested. He also advised other work that would make my home safer.

They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). I found Lucian and his team relaible , punctual and good value for money. The did a full house rewire in the timescale we agreed and the standard I wanted. They were happpy to amend/change tasks as required and completely trustworthy. I would recommend Lucig builders to any one thinking having this type of work done. You won't get any better tradesman!
