On the day, Carl contacted me early on to advise that he was running late and checked if a later arrival time would still be ok. This sort of helpful communication was greatly appreciated. They were originally very good, and very polite and keen to do a proper job. However once it became apparent that the job was a bit fiddly (as I mentioned in the description) they said they would come back. As yet I haven’t heard from them again.
