We engaged Simon and his team to remove a supporting wall, thus opening up the kitchen into the dining room. From the start, Simon was knowledgeable and offered helpful insight. We were provided with a detailed and fair quote. Work was planned at a time to suit us, and was completed to a good standard and on time. Communication throughout the project was excellent. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Robbie has now completed 2 jobs for me; roofing membrane on a large flat roof and a 50sm raised decking area on sloping ground. The work completed was of excellent quality. He is exceptionally diligent, trustworthy and his work is to a high standard. Both jobs were done on time and to budget. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. We can't recommend Arbiter Coatings enough! Bill was extremely helpful right from the quote stage to completion of the work. He offered us a solution to covering up the fake stone front of our home to give us the exact result we had hoped for when no-one else could. Turned up, looked at the job, said it was fine to start and that there job is fine and he will be able to do it. He put ova on the wall and then I came to check on him and he had left without saying anything and then blocked me on his phone saying he couldn’t do the job!

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
