Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

The plasterwork is not smooth in spite of most of the walls being new plasterboard. He did come out to try to sort once but it is still too much out and hasn't responded to requests to sort again. Waves, bumps And indentations can bee seen everywhere. I'm currently looking for someone to do rework and I've had to paint the place twice and will need to do so again. Very nice, well mannered and pleasant guy but not the best plasterer. You won't get very smooth walls and ceilings.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
Been in the plastering industry for 14 years and have a range of skills needed for traditional and modern day plasterwork! I work alongside another plasterer who I attended college with all those years ago and recently decided to pair up as a team. We don’t mind travelling within reason and make sure the job is completed to a professional standard from the preparation to the cleaning up.

Finished off and fixed a patio where the original people had left the job unfinished, and added an additional section, that frankly looked way better than the existing work. I wish I had gone with these guys sooner. Fantastic work, that included aftersales care advice, and even offered to send a roofer he knew for some additional unrelated work.
