He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. He did not resolve the issue and left a mess of the decking

I reiterate that less than a third of the job was completed and half the money was paid. This was not a payment plan issue as you wanted a small amount to cover fuel on starting the job and the balance at completion - a third of the moneys were given at the start and further funds were given after a week, although the work was no where near completion. You then made several excuses as to why you did not turn up and finally let me down completely. i stand by my original comment whole heartily HIRE AT RISK
Duties/Responsibilities: I install new and repairs old electrical wiring. I also install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware, and connect wiring to them. All my work complies with electrical codes.
Workman did not want to clean up after he had done our plastering. Spent a long time arguing on it and at the end we had to deduct cleaning fees from his final payment. Even at that he made such a messy job and the deducted fees were no way enough. nd on top of that his job was very unprofessional. Will not recommend him ever.
