It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Craig did a fantastic job of skimming the ceilings of 6 rooms of our home at the end of 2021. The finish was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he was flexible when we needed to move the date, he took care to minimise the mess and the price was competitive. We a specialists EWI,K-RENDER, MONOCOUSH,GEDBRICK, BRICK SLIPS works. Our experience during 10 years. We use Licata+greutol,SPS envirowall, KRend,Weber,STO,Wetherby products.
Whilst fairly pleased with the work, the renderer (Anatoly), did not place scaffold back into existing location. A scaffold ladder was left hanging by a single clip. Bars and boards not returned closer to the building leaving huge gaps. Red brick dust has stained 4 days after completion. The disgraceful condition of the scaffold is gross in my opinion
