Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
We are fully qualified Tilers based in Northampton. We tile bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, utilities and more. You name it, we can do it! As well as tiling we also do laminate flooring and carpets. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we want to make sure our customers are left happy and in love with their areas therefore we work to high quality fittings and cleanness. Janis was late for his initial appointment but did contact me in plenty of time and advised a new ETA. He looked at the issue and advised me of the plan to rectify and the cost. He was flexible working around my availability. He completed the job but I noticed that there was an issue so I contacted him and he came back quickly to rectify and then checked the following day to ensure all the problems had been solved. I am completely satisfied with his work and will definitely use again.
