It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. After years of tiling at DIY level for friends and family i decided last year to complete a professional course to gain the relevant experience and knowledge needed to start my own business and go self employed. Mr Seager and his colleagues have been marvelous to work with this past couple of weeks. The job was complicated by plumbing and electrics issues but James project managed with professionalism and a customer centric attitude that went above and beyond. The 5 or 6 colleagues who arrived upon a call from James to solve various problems that were uncovered were all exceedingly good natured, polite and very hard working, It's been such a positive experience that we have asked James to quote for an extension...
