Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure! PT is a hassle free, professional builder to work with who turns up when they say they will and gets on with the work. People are on site for the duration of the job , they do not disappear for days on end without you knowing what is going on. The job is well managed and PT keeps you informed of progress . Extras are made clear and indicative costs given before work starts instead of unexpected costs appearing on the bill PT is not the cheapest builder you will find but you get what you pay for and what you get is a great quality build with minimum stress and fuss and that is worth its weight in gold ! I'd defintely use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for quality, professional job. We all know there are good builders out there but they seem to be so hard to find - this is one of them !

Frank and his sons have totally refurbished our house. We are looking forward to moving back into what feels like a new build house. Very pleased that the work was completed on schedule. We had on going discussions on budgets and costs and Frank was always willing to adapt as required. If anyone is looking for a good family business to do a refurb this business is certainly one to consider.

I would like to say that Alpina has done my bathroom very well.They have done an excellent job to a very high standard.Mr Mahmood took his time planned and advised me on the job step by step.He made sure that I was fully satisfied with his workmanship. He has done the job to a very high standard and I am fully satisfied. They are totally reliable and I left my keys with them.They are reliable, serious and dependable. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Mark has done a great job at removing a lot of carpet and grippers and installing engineered wood flooring on both floors of my house. The result is splendid and his advices were spot on.
