Andre and team did a great job with the shed /summerhouse construction, and were very accommodating with the request to build it at short notice ( (within 5 days) and alter the layout of the building to meet our requirements. Peter has just finished laying a limestone floor in our new extension and we are really impressed with the quality of the work. Peter cares about doing a good job and was very professional. We have had multiple trades on site and he was able to work alongside them. We also made a change in our tile choice in one room last minute and he was patient and reasonable about this. We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly.
