Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Josh was engaged to fit four pieces of bedroom carpet & two bathrooms with lino. Problems began immediately and I was told that they wouldn't fit the lino as the fittings i.e. toilet and bath were in the room. The carpet fitting also did not go well either. Surely a basic skill set for any flooring fitter is that they cut around objects?. My expectation was that I advertised for professional crafts people. A poor attitude throughout which left me very frustrated, I wish now I asked them to leave the job.
