Skimming of our kitchen dining room after a wall removal (one room with a smooth ceiling and one with Artex ceiling). Bobby and Carl arrived this morning and have worked until afternoon. They have been extremely conscience (making sure to cover doors and appliances as well as cleaning up as they go), they have done a great job plastering the ceiling of our open plan space. You need to see the pictures and the job was for screeding. I had dug up the floor in the areas that were not level. You did not even hack of the old bumps and that’s just showing through. The self levelling was not spread every where and the floor is uneven not sure what point off paying £1500 was if I was going to get an uneven floor. After a day I had paid you £1100 and you were very aggressive in requesting difference. Paid you in full and the floor is bad there are cracks and stuff.
