The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
Initially a very prompt response, very tidy as the works proceeded and delivered a high quality of workmanship. Really pleased with the finished works and further advice given on following trades. Thank You.

I have been a plasterer since 1988 and have done all aspects plastering/rendering. From complete house renovations, extensions, loft conversions, garden walls, to ceiling/wall patches. I live in Leigh-On-Sea and have built a good reputation with local builders and the general public. I am happy to quote for the smaller jobs that others may not want. Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.
