Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Fabrizio(His team Steve & Reudi) is vert unprofessional. Left our house in total mess with radiator disconnected, leftover all rubble and ran off the site with his tools. Kept on giving excuses for not coming to work like Van broken down on motorway, Hiring new van and childcare issues. Don't invite this tradesman in home, At first you will find him a good professional but later on he can't keep his commitment and leave you with all the mess in your home.

Keith is a friendly guys who came on time and completed the work as promised. Not very good with cleaning after all work was completed. Would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall job well done with 12 months guarantee, Just hope don't have to use his 12 month guarantee :).

Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Very pfofessional when he came to quote and final job looks good. However, job took longer to complete because of no show or not ordering on time. A month on we have roots coming through stones which we were assured would not happen. Even after calling and texting a few times we have had no response to fix.
