Phil turned up bang on time to quote for the job. He's very experienced and quoted a very competitive price. He also took the time to explain the limitations of a patch repair as my pebble dash render is near 70 years old and in reality needs renewing which I will do when funds allow. We organised a time for the job, he turned up on time and just go on with it, took less than 2hrs and he cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.

I have money. I asked if you had a PayPal account so I could send you the deposit and you told me to “forget it” and to “find someone else”. You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate. You seemed nice and willing to help, but the minute I asked for a different more secure way to get you money you told me to forget it. PayPal is tracked, and secure.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
