I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

JMD builders renovated my bathroom to a very high standard. They turned up on time. Cleaned up each day after work. I am particularly pleased because I have a very small bathroom and purchased bath etc. spontaneously so did not measure the space. Other workmen told me the items purchased could not fit as the bathroom was too small. JMD used their skill and initiative and fitted all the appliances in the bathroom. I am over the moon. They even fixed a cupboard door for me that could not close properly.
