Had Ryan and his team do some repointing and rebuilding of two old chimneys on a Victorian property as well as refitting a Velux window. Great bunch of lads who did a great job. Very polite (and diplomatic with our neighbour). Ryan ensured everything ran to plan (despite one or two unavoidable hitches), nothing being too much trouble. Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. I look for quality not quantity!I respect people as long they respect me!

If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
