The job has been completed to a good standard and the renderers are very nice, conscience lads who take pride in their work. However, I experienced some frustration at the quoting stage. It is all done over email/ WhatsApp and because of that, there were some "surprises " on their end when it came to doing the job. Despite me sending a video of the severity of some of the issues, this wasn't accounted for in the quote which led to additional payment. But I am happy with the final job and would recommend.

Excellent work! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is a delayed review because when dealing with dampness, it is irrelevant what the work looks like straight after. Much better to look 6 months down the line. I can confidently say this father/ son team are way better than any 'damp specialist' I hired. Just look online, do your own research to find out what the problem is, then get these guys to do the work. You will not be disappointed. Went over and above what was required. I've been in the building trade for most of my working live I specialise in all types of plastering and good experiences with tilling,many years of site work but decided to change direction,I like to aim for customer satisfaction I'm also handy with interior painting and floor services.
Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.
