Excellent service and workmanship. From start to finish the process was easy with a competitive quote. Communication was exceptional, being kept informed at all times during the process by the onsite team with relevant information on issues due to the weather conditions, which were outside their control. The team were very mindful of potential problems ensuring that no corners or drying times were cut to ensure a perfect finish. We are extremely happy with the finished workmanship and the it looks amazing!
External Rendering
On completion the coating looked good but started to flake a few months later. Although this company offers a 15 year guarantee we have been trying for a year to get them back to complete the remedial work.

Following positive communication with Wall Doctor I have increased my rating slightly and look forward to them completing the remedial work on our house in the spring when I will review my rating again

Hi Bill, thank you for your comments, after the 2 site visits we have made to assess your property in the last few months, I can confirm that repair work has been pencilled in for Spring 2025 when the weather is more accommodating and on your instructions. All your feedback has been taken on board and I can only apologise for the lack of communication, we have however been busy working in the background to get your concerns resolved and must add that this is not a common occurrence.
External Rendering
I have spoken to The Wall Doctor and I expect he will be the gentleman that carries out my work But unfortunately, there is another job that needs to be done first I was not aware of this, but the gentleman called Val from war Dr has been very helpful regarding the rendering of my shop

Excellent service. All employees were polite and informative. Able to quickly quote and do work on building before this years winter weather started. The renders were very mindful of potential problems on the day, and went above and beyond what was expected of them. I'm really happy with the outcome, the house looks significantly better than when I bought it.
Wall Doctor were really great from start to finish. Excellent communication from all parties - from the office to Ben & James on site. They explained every part of the job to us, were incredibly respectful to our property and our neighbour's, and informed us of any delays/reasons for changes. They didn't hesitate to return back to us if we needed anything after the jobs. Ultimately, the work completed looks great and the house looks completely refreshed!
