Incredible service from initial request to finish. Wall Doctor gave me a quote based on pics I submitted and the work was completed within 4 weeks. Ben and James did the actual job and they explained every step of the job and we're both highly professional and very polite. Superb finish by expert tradesmen.
Absolutely happy with all aspects of their service from the original quotaion where they supplied me with a great video report showing everything they would do which saved me a lot of time, right throught to the guys that carried out the rendering. Definitely recommend!
External Rendering
The job has been completed to a good standard and the renderers are very nice, conscience lads who take pride in their work. However, I experienced some frustration at the quoting stage. It is all done over email/ WhatsApp and because of that, there were some "surprises " on their end when it came to doing the job. Despite me sending a video of the severity of some of the issues, this wasn't accounted for in the quote which led to additional payment. But I am happy with the final job and would recommend.
Wow! What can I say. The overall service from start to finish had been so easy, that it almost felt unreal. Great customer service with Debbie. Communication with Val throughout the process was outstanding... he gave me the reassurance I needed. James, Ben and Deighton were polite, respectful, trustworthy and honest. Nothing was too much trouble. They worked to such a high standard, above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend you all. My "forever home" now looks absolutely amazing
