Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

Both the toilet unit and the sink unit have not been drilled to the wall, they’re just held in place by sealant. Not sturdy! Taps not connected the right way so hot comes out the cold and vice versa. Thorough checking of this company shows that they are a waste disposal company, they are not plumbers so shouldn’t have contacted me about my plumbing job!

Great job on the painting of the garage wall and would use again for painting. Garage floor hasn't gone so well with the epoxy resin so wouldn't recommend for applying that, I don't know if it was the product or the application but tricky having gone for a higher cost product.

Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. hello im grant a multi skilled tradesman,my main trade is painting/decorating/paperhanging,i can also lay layminate floors, sort out carpentry problems,gutters,facias soffets and most general property maintanance issues.
Very pleased with the finished job. However, I think an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner would be more appropriate for cleaning up after preparation work rather than my domestic cleaner.
