Hi my name is Adrian, I have been in the painting & decorating trade for 35+ years. Over them years I have completed big contracts all over the country including public houses, H&M clothing stores, Woolworths and domestic homes.
Adrian has decorated our dinning room and also our stairs and landing. He has done an excellent job with both to a very high standard. We would not hesitate in recommending him.
On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Would recommend MM Property maintenance as they did a great job of painting my newly installed panelling. They came on time, covered everywhere, didn’t stop working and made sure everything was perfect even filling and sanding panelling before painting and finally clearing up so there was no cleaning left for me.
