It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. I/we take this opportunity to say thanks to Patrick at Roof Fix Services on the very professional quality of service he gave when we needed him. He was extremely helpful in offering his advice, quality of workmanship and above all made sure we were happy at each stage as the work was carried out. Marc replaced my rotting decking with a paved patio. He was very hardworking and very well organised. Delivery of a mini digger, delivery of materials, and removal.if the old decking all happened in a well coordinated manner. I am delighted with the end result.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.

we needed one wall plastered, and Mark gave me a great quote, he als recomended having the rest of the kitchen plastered too. So glad we took his advice. First time we've had smooth walls, giving us a blank canvas to work with. Mark quote was prefect, he turned up on time, got on with the job, and left the place spotless. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
