We hired Marshall’s to remove an old corrugated roof from our conservatory and replace with a new Polycarbonate roof. Jamie, Mick and Dylan have completed the work and have done a fantastic job. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

Patrick has now contacted me re the still leaking roof explaining politely and apologetically the lack of contact was due to a family illness problem - and has refunded the cost of the failed part of therepair. My initial negative review was borne out of the frustration you might expect with rainwater literally running into the bedroom. His team had initially turned up very promptly and worked enthusiatically and rapidly, attending to the fascias, gutter and drainpipes to my satisfaction.

Addition is for the arctex request, not just the redecoration of the ceiling water damage where the work was excellent and the protection of the furnished room was excellent. Final good comment is that the vacuum use was thorough - nothing left to chance.

Excellent work, after camera investigation I ended up needing to have the whole sewer and toilet pipe dug out, renewed and cemented. Gerwyn and the team were very friendly and hard working. Replaced piping, re-cemented area connected toilet and added a new man hole cover. Very professional, hard working, clean and tidy would definitely recommend.
